Irococo.com Return Policy?
Irococo.com has a 15-day return warranty for most items in new condition. To return an item, customers need to access the Online Returns Process on their website. Once the item(s) are mailed back and received by their warehouse, and the return request is approved, the refund will be reflected to the original payment account or credit card within 1-3 days. It's important to note that returned items should not be sent to the sender's address from the package received. All return shipping costs will be covered by the customer, unless there is a quality issue. For a quality issue, their team will contact the customer to discuss the solution.
